After tremendous research using sites like Practo and Lybrate, I was glad to have chosen Synergy dental clinic. As soon as I arrived I was examined by the seasoned dentist Dr Preeti Bhatt who gave me a detailed synopsis of the the dental work required with relevant costings after which all my dental work was carried out by Dr Dhwani Kapadia who was extremely professional and supportive along the course of my treatment, I would highly recommended her! I loved the fact that during the treatment, veteran heads of the dental practice Dr Vipin, Dr Pallavi and Dr Preeti constantly kept checking on the progress through every touch point! Dr Dhwani went the extra mile to cover topics on oral hygiene and also would get in touch to follow up after 6 months not every place does this! I am extremely happy most of all with the job well done and would confidentally recommended Synergy Dental to anyone looking for cost effective yet quality services.

It was indeed a good experience at Synergy , borivali west.
Doctors were very friendly.
They detected two deep cavities which was the root cause of my pain, helped and guided me with the right treatment. They would let me know all available treatment options, its benefits, risks and costs.
The Staffs were really good and helpful in following up and scheduling/rescheduling appointment as per our convenience. They also helped me with requested mediclaim documents.
Overall a very positive experience.

It was a life changing experience for me.I was advised to go for full mouth reconstruction by way of dental implants,as there was no chance to even going for partial dentures .Dr Vipin and his team explained me the pros and cons of implants and having full dentures. Mine was a very gone case I was asked to remove 14 balance teeths though I had partial dentures. Doctor gave me confidence and he himself was very confident with a huge experience in implant of around 2decades and done more than 10k implants.
As per him mine was a challenging case ..like a case study for him and his students.During the various operation he used to lift me mentally and even once called me late night at around 10.30pm to check ..if any issue..said do not worry I m there ..and you will be fine.This shows how much he cares for the patient.. thought actually for him it is a daily job..and for the patient life time job.
Along with the various implants I was supposed to go for Sinus Lift ,few bottles of bone were also added during the implant process etc. gone for 14 implants fixed by 25 teeth.The process took from May 2018 to Dec 2018,and it way very smoothly,professionally carried out Dr Vipin Mahurkar Senior Implantologist and his team of 3or 4 Doctors..ie Dr Priti , Sonali .. Assistant Nishant Technical support etc.
Once after the plants , crucial stage comes of fixing teeth by removing the formals etc.Dr Mrs Pallavi Mahurkar played her important role in the various trials..once it so happened that the final stage she was not happy with the teeths after fixing it ..
She told the technician to make a new sets of teeth as it was not looking good .. though they were ready to bear the cost without any burden on myself.These shows the level of Integrity,honesty and commitment of the doctor. I would like to say from the bottom of my heart God always bless Dr Mahurkar and his Team so that they can serve various patients like mine Lastly have left been left with no words to express my gratitude for his work on getting me a new lease of life as far as teeth are concerned.
