Going to another county for surgery can be super scary and intimating. Those were my first thoughts when considering CER hospital. But upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised! From being driven to the hospital and back to the airport I had absolutely no complaints! All the nurses, doctors, and coordinators did such an awesome job! I had no worries whatsoever. I never once felt unsafe. Always taken care of with such compassion. I highly recommend the CER hospital! A huge thank you to Martha and her assistant Jasmin. They were always answering my many questions and answered in a timely manner. The hospital was beyond clean! Smelled clean as soon as you walked inside. Even though we had a language barrier all the staff made sure to understand what I was saying! I will say I’ve never been treated this well in the US lol. Such compassion and kindness! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had surgery with Dr. Suarez in July 2022 at CER hospital and are so happy with the care received. We were both naturally nervous but from the very beginning starting at arriving at the San Diego airport, our driver Diana was lovely and made us feel so comfortable. The staff here are efficient, professional, and kind. A big shout out to Victor, Christian, Stephany, Greys, Irias, and Fernanda for their wonderful nursing care. Even if there is a language barrier they go out of their way to find a way to communicate efficiently with you. The hospital is beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and hospital. If your nervous to have surgery in Tijuana, don’t be. I am a nurse in Canada and at no point did I ever have a concern about the care here, their standards s of care are just as good, if not better than the care at home.

I was afraid to have a surgery in another country but this place is wonderful. Better then the hospitals at home US
It was so clean and staff was wonderful! Not so rush rush like at home! If your considering this place you wont be disappointed! Beautiful and sooo clean! My doctor was Jorge Green for the gastric sleeve. I left with CDs of all my test and Xrays! With Renew bariatrics.

I come from Guadalajara to undergo surgery and the experience was very good, nurses with human quality and all the attention from the laboratory staff was impeccable and antibacterial gel and disposable gloves in the rooms.

I recently had surgery at this hospital and was given exceptional service. The female nurses were very attentive, spoke great English and if they did not they definitely tried their best google translate comes in handy for language barriers! They were also really great with the IVs and made sure to keep up on the meds pre and post op. The hospital room was very big with a second bed for a guest, the bathroom was also big, room included a nice flat screen TV with netflix. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. It was fairly quite unless the windows in room were open even so still not bad. I am really happy with the care I received, the surgeons, nurses, staff all work really hard and want to give amazing service and it shows. Thank you again and also shout out to Kitza she is an amazing nurse and really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

The coordinator was so quick to help and very understanding. The doctor was so professional and so was the staff. The private rooms were also so clean and beautiful. The main thing is that I am so pleased with the results of my surgery.
