I want to express my thanks and appreciation for everything that I have experienced with this dental clinic.
From the moment I reached out to contact El Fawsy Dental, to the final work completed yesterday, my experience has been very professional and at the highest quality - way beyond my expectations.
I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the preparation to put together a comprehensive plan. We had a zoom call before making our decision and a meeting at the office once all the assessments were completed. We felt very comfortable with the planning and the preparation in putting it together. The staff were great at explaining each step.
I could not believe the number of doctors, technicians and assistants that were involved in my work. I can’t remember their specific names and would not want to miss someone, but each of them are equally special to me as a result of my experience. I refer to them in all honesty as my “Smile Super Heroes”

I was made to feel so comfortable by the front end staff, Amira, Eman and all the others. They made me feel so relaxed and communicated so professionally. I received such a warm greeting each time I arrived to the office with such genuine smiles of welcome.
The results are beyond my wildest expectations. I was overwhelmed and cried when I first saw my new mouth and have been learning how to smile.
Also while here my son had a checkup, cleaning and a filling completed in one quick session and was thrilled with the results and the experience.

I haven’t mentioned the cost. I will take my treatment plan back to my dentist in Canada to try and best determine the difference in cost but I am guessing based on the information I have is that the cost of my dental work was at least 80% cheaper than if done in Canada. Price aside, I can only assume the work in Canada would have reached the level that I experienced here, but they set the bar of service here so high here that that would be a difficult achievement.

In Canada, people are aware of dental tourism. However, I believe for most, they look towards Mexico primarily and then other countries such as Turkey. No one I talked to was even aware Egypt was an option.

I will be returning and letting people know of my experience and my opinion that thus company should be a strong consideration when considering dental work and dental tourism. I will be returning to my dentist and letting them know of my experience.

We love Dokki. The airbnb we stayed at in the same building is well run and suited our family very well. I have been a regular at the cafe and the atmosphere and staff there are fantastic. To sit and have a coffee on the banks of the Nile, or to take a tea to the roof of our building to look out at Cairo are memories that will last forever.
We have not even taken advantage yet of the tourism provided and arranged by the company, such as citing the pyramids and the Museum but will within the next couple of days

I truly feel a need to reach out to Canadians and tell them of my experience and have those considering major out of country dental work to look to El Fawsy Dental as a viable consideration.

I would also be happy to personally talk to any potential clients considering getting work done and wanting reassurance to tell them of my personal experience with the dental work and ancillary things like the air bnb, the cafe, other things of interest in the area, and the wonderful cultural experience it has been. I could answer from my perspective any questions they may have. I would truly like to influence people in making an informed decision on considering this dental group!
I wish I had had that opportunity and a glad I made the right decision with the information that I did on my own.

I’m American and this was my first time at a dentist in Egypt. I had such a good experience. The staff are very professional and kind. The office is clean and beautiful. The technology is up to date and impressive. The examination room even has a beautiful view. Dr Bassam explains things very clearly and is gentle.
